Find It
Identify a real problem that matters. Think about who is affected, why it exists, and what it would mean to solve it. The best ideas are grounded in real-world observation not theory.
You don't need a finished business. You need a real problem, a credible idea for solving it, and the drive to build.

The Falcon is a symbol of vision, precision, and decisive execution - the qualities we look for in every participant. But the trophy is only the beginning.

WHAT PARTICIPATE RECEIVES
This is the most significant part of IMR. We do not just select participants and send them to workshops. We build with them. Here is exactly what every stage of the programme delivers.
The programme bridges the gap between ambition and execution. It does not simply celebrate ideas - it funds them, mentors them, builds them, and backs them with a full year of post-award support for the champion.
Every stage is transparent, merit-based, and governed by an independent panel. No predetermined outcomes. No Founder influence on selection. Just the best ideas, built by the best people.
Benefit 01
(All participants in development phase) Every participant in the development phase receives structured 1:1 and group mentoring from Vistage UAE executive coaches - CEOs and senior leaders with decades of real-world business experience. Sessions focus on sharpening the idea, stress-testing the business case, and building the discipline to execute. This is not advisory. It is hands-on, accountability-driven mentoring.
